Bio
Retired Judge Beagle graduated from Albion College with a bachelor's degree and moved on to graduate with his JD in 1975 at the University of Detroit Mercy School of Law. Duncan is a third generation attorney. He has served the Flint community as a Court Administrator for the 67th District Court, Assistant Prosecutor Genesee County, Friend of the Court Referee, and private practice Judge for Michigan 7th Circuit Court. He was appointed to the Genesee County Circuit Bench by Governor Engler in 1991. Judge Beagle retired from the bench in 2023.
Duncan served as a high school basketball referee for over 20 years in the Flint area.
