UNIVERSITY CENTER, Mich. - The Mott Community College men's basketball team earned its first win of the 2025-26 season, topping Delta College on Monday in University Center, Mich.
The Bears trailed by a pair in the final minutes when Mike Phillips hit a 3-pointer to put Mott up one. Tray Buford hit six free throws in the final minute to put the Pioneers away for a 98-92 win. The victory moved Mott to 1-2 overall this season.
