FLINT - The Mott Community College men's basketball team dropped a hard-fought battle to Kalamazoo Valley Community College on Friday at the Ballenger Fieldhouse.
The Bears trailed by nine points with just over two minutes to play, but rallied to cut the deficit to two points on a Donnie Huddleston triple in the closing minute. Missed opportunities late for Mott allowed KVCC to escape with the 71-67 win.
The loss drops Mott to 5-4 overall this season.
