FLINT - The Mott Community College men's basketball team rallied late, but fell short in a matchup against Muskegon Community College on Saturday at the Ballenger Fieldhouse.
Down 11 with under three minutes to play, the Bears cut the deficit to four points with a 7-0 run. The Jayhawks held on and escaped with a 73-67 win to drop Mott 6-6 overall this season.
