FINDLAY, Ohio - The Mott Community College softball team opened play at the 2026 NJCAA Great Lakes District A Tournament on Thursday in Findlay, Ohio.
The Bears battled Kalamazoo Valley Community College, falling behind early and late. Trailing by one in the seventh, Mott walked off on a two-run error to escape with a 16-15 win. The Bears remain in the winner's bracket and will take on top seed Cuyahoga Community College at 10 am on Friday.
