BATTLE CREEK, Mich. - The Mott Community College women's basketball team opened the 2025-26 season with a road win over Kellogg Community College on Saturday in Battle Creek, Mich.
The Bears (1-0) took the lead midway through the fourth quarter and held off the Bruins for a 60-57 victory in the Mott debut of head coach Ryan Trevithick.

Ella Prevost got her second season started strong with a team-high 20 points, including four 3-pointers.

Ali Anderson added 12 points and a team-high seven rebounds.

Ryleigh Zinn recorded eight points and six rebounds.
