WARREN, Mich. - The Mott Community College volleyball team closed the regular season with a win over Macomb Community College on Wednesday.
After dropping a close first set, the Bears fought back to take the next three for a 3-1 win (23-25, 25-21, 25-21, 25-22). The win moved Mott to 21-13 overall and 9-3 in the MCCAA Eastern Conference as the Bears prepare for the postseason.
Mott Highlights:

Maggie Elliott led the Bears with 24 kills on 61 attempts. She added a team-high 16 digs and a block assist.

Destiny Clymer added 16 kills and eight digs.

Skylar Cramer recorded 32 assists and eight kills.

Chloe Wright finished with nine digs, while Emily Morris and Tegyn Reynolds each had five total blocks.

The Bears open play in the NJCAA Region 12 Great Lakes District B Tournament against Lansing Community College at 12 pm on Thursday in Grand Rapids. Mott split a pair of matchups with the Stars earlier this season.
